I am a psychotherapist in training based in Brighton currently undertaking an MSc in Person-Centred Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute. Alongside my training, I work under supervision across different placements as I continue developing my practice.

I believe thoughtful and reflective practice is important, and I remain in regular contact with supervisors who offer guidance and support my work within my current level of competence. My work is guided by UK Council for Psychotherapy ethical guidelines, supported by indemnity insurance and grounded in a commitment to confidentiality.

Whatever you share in therapy is treated as confidential, though there may be rare circumstances in which confidentiality may need to be broken. This could include situations involving serious risk of harm, or where disclosure is legally required in relation to safeguarding or criminal activity. Wherever possible, this would be discussed with you in advance.

My intention is always to offer a steady, respectful and attentive space grounded in care and a valuing of your experience.
